CS 17 offering

I haven't posted on this forum for a couple of years, please tell me if you think I should post this elsewhere.  I have a CS 17 that I bought used and sailed for several years.  I upgraded the sails and mast to accommodate the newer sail plan for the CS 17.  I have since moved on to a couple of different boats.  In looking at my CS 17 before selling it, I noticed that is had some rot on the stern decking.  I was forced to cut out a corner of the decking to see how severe.  As best as I can tell, the rot was confined to a 25 x 1 inch strip on the decking, but it also extended to the cleats below and some of the sides coming up to meet the deck.  I believe some good woodworking and epoxy could repair the boat, but I don't have the time or the space to do it.  I live in the upper midwest and would be willing to offer the boat for free to anyone who would feel up to repairing the boat.  Otherwise, I think the boat is in overall good shape.  The deck definitely needs a repainting.
