Florin {VACATIONER} Posted June 13, 2003 Posted June 13, 2003 We're really looking forward to having her turned over tomorrow. We both think she spent way too much time with her butt up in the air. We'll take some pics and post them after. Meanwhile I made the gaff, the boom, the stub mast, the gaff jaws and the little guides on the side of the stub mast in the past couple of days. They are solid, and are laminated out of spruce using the plastic resin. We'll probably start ripping the staves for the mast after the turning though. We've still got a few loose ends to take care of before the turning. We'll keep you posted. Quote
