Taking on water

So I just finished my first sof, the freebee 12. I  launched it this evening, she began taking on water. I used four coats of helmsmen marine grade polyurethane. The water seems to be coming from where the stringers touch the fabric. Any ideas? I am thinking more poly???

I am sure if you turn the boat over, put a light inside the boat (in the dark) you will see pins holes in the fabric that are not sealed.
