  1. Thanks Frank Yes, I've looked at it many times and wondered how I can get some info on some of his boats. I've seen the plans for the "sport boat" canoe of his. I am interested in a couple of other ones that are shown on his web site. I have built 2 other wooden boats to date. One was a double hulled, cedar striper, 15-3 66 beam. (out of my head-no plans) Inexperience in fiberglassing and mixing resin with varnish (not together) ruined a nice project. Apparently, I didn't get the resin mixed to correct ratios or the humidity (Florida summer time) was too high and the resin didn't cure priperly. The second one was from a plan by Kingfisher. It came out ok. So now I wish to do something I can be proud of as it's getting late in life. Robb has a couple of double enders that I would like to give a go, but feel I need "some" guidance. Obtaining any information may be just a pipe dream. cHIEF
  2. Can anyone tell me if the boats built by Robb White were documented? If so, where might I find a list of them so I can puchase plans. It surely would be a shame if this welth of information he accumulated has been lost. I don't want to bother family members if this info is avaliable elsewhere. Also, can anyone direct me to a web page explaining how to get out boards for a lapstrake boat? Since this method ia about 1000 years old, why would I need to purchase it? Thanks everyone (I'm a newbbie to this on-line stuff, so will take me a while to get the hanf of it! cHIEF
