Looks like Doug Cameron and his CS20 is the lone entry flying the B&B banner this year. They are in tight race chasing a sea pearl for the monohull class.

Those are very nice pictures. The CS boats seem ideal for an event like the Texas 200. The down wind shot really shows the advantage of the cat ketch over the sloops with sagging jibs behind. Some of these seem to show your sprits both on the same tack, set to starboard of each mast. I thought they where typically alternated. Did you rig this specially for this event due to the prevaling wind? If so can most CS sails do this or would you need to modify the clews to take the sprit on either side?

Hi all, I am also a new member but have been reading the site for a while and have had similar questions. I've seen a lot of posts where the topic of the additional effort to rig the CS 20 has been mentioned but have I not seen any specific info. Can anyone provide the approximate weights for the main/mizzen masts on each boat, CS 17 & 20? Also how much variation would you expect for either design between an all aluminum spar and ones that incoporate a birdmouth top section?
