All marine grade plywood, fiberglass and epoxy on all decks,seats,hull and rudder. Excellent VM (ski boat) trailer with surge brakes and new tires. Includes a 1962 6 horsepower Mecury outboard (with spare parts) that runs strong and starts easily. Not very pretty but sails the Columbia river, brings me home every time and does not leak or guzzle gas. Kit sails could use some new tape. About the motor: You might try the Oldmerc.com site. I have a 1962 6Hp on my weekender (it was free) and the Oldmerc.com site was helpful to me and reasonably priced for parts. Be careful about overheating while testing, that impeller in the water pump has a tendency to get brittle, it may self-destruct and pump rubber in to the cooling passages. Good luck on the restore.

Nice going, That is a very professional looking job. How long till the ringing in your ears was gone ?

I used the Polysail kit; the next time I'll NOT use the tape that develops into a very stiff edge on the sails, I think sewing would have been a better choice. And No darts,pleats whatever they call them, in the sail form , the sails get baggy soon enough with use, in my experience. Not saying its is a kit problem, just my lack of skill in taping and sailmaking I guess.
