woodman
Well, I know I'm tired of this deep freeze we are having in MO. ... I see you don't have gutters, last year the snow was so heavy it ripped off gutters here during the melt ....
Hirilonde
Neither of you will get any sympathy from me
Kudzu
Haha! But I wasn't asking for sympathy. I sort of enjoyed it. (Since it will be gone in 2-3 days)
vttramper
The "snow trial" pics were taken before we got another 10 inches of snow yesterday. And there's another 3 expected tomorrow. Actually though, in contrast to you folks in the south, we have have gotten less snow in VT than we often get by this time in the winter. In any case, it will be a while before I'll be doing any paddling!
labrat
40's today and 70's next week. We've had temps in the 40's too - this summer had a record number of days over 40 Celsius (about 104 Farenheit). ...immediately followed by the wettest February day for 40 years. Snow is fun to play in but I woudn't want to live in it.

In a few more weeks it will start warming up and I will be able to clean and store the drysuit.

spyderxxx
Jeff I used to water ski. I find it too hard on my back. It's all downhill here. Ed
mwagner
Have 24" of ice on the lake. Not sure how much snow is piled up but I can still see my mailbox from the street! Also won't be doing anything with water other than my shower for a few more months. Mike
