Peter HK Posted October 8, 2012 Report Share Posted October 8, 2012 I just realized I didn't put in the seat drain that goes near the seat's bulkhead. I'm wondering how effective these drains are? I haven't noticed these drains doing a lot when sailing but maybe things would be a lot wetter without them. I did notice a dramatic effect when I did the capsize test years ago. When I was righting the boat I was impressed how well these drains cleared the water that was caught between deck and seat and I think it came up a bit more easily than it would have without them.
