Jasbel
Greetings All I have been looking at the Ocracoke 20 and like many others here I have fallen in love with it My question is can the boat be extended by 10% percent. As a amateur boat builder like many others here who have built boats, some Hull designs allow a 10% percent increase of length which would bring it up to 22ft ??? where can I obtain more photo's of the Ocracoke 20 Cheers Darren

wdbeyer
Sorry, this new look has me confused .... Yes it can be lengthened ... I am doing the exact same thing. You should contact Graham ... there's some tweaking you have to do to the stem, and I had to make new stringer patterns, but everything else was easy. Good luck. s1bwebb
Or, you could just get the plans for the 24-foot version that he has already completed. I bought my plans last Spring, but unfortunately got deployed to Afghanistan before I could start building. If you call and talk with either Graham or Carla, they can set you up. Good luck, Bruce
