That is Primrose under the tarp at the side of the garage. The kayak is a PK 10 Planford Bell skin on frame 11 ft. Cedar and okume ply frames with #10 duck canvas skin. We are one step closer to starting our Core Sound 17. ScottWidmier Posted January 10, 2010 Report Share Posted January 10, 2010 Jim, tell Meghan her kayak is looking great! You need to get working on that Core Sound for the FL120 btw. I am still planning on the 2011 Everglades challenge. Little Gem is in the garage getting watertight hatches, a new mast step, bowsprit, and a jib for more sail area. The benches have been lightened and lowered by 4" and I made a new dodger cabin that is lower and better than the original. Have to post pictures soon.
