cs
Starting to make good progress with"Fred". My color schem may be a little unusual, but I think I like it. The hull and deck is blue with a hint of gray. The space between the rub rails and the cabin sides are red. The interior of the cockpit is gray with white details. The inside of the cabin is white. All trim is white oak finished clear. I've still got a lot of little projects to do. There is finishing up the rudder and attaching it (I've decided that I want the tiller). I need to finish the grab rails on top of the cabin and build that hatch. I need to build a hatch in the lazzerete, and than I can start looking at rigging. Greg Luckett
I have a lot of trouble telling the Weekender from the Vacationer when I see pics. I wish there were an easy way for me to tell. Thanks for the pics. Fred is your daughter? Frederika or something such? Thanks Greg
cs
No, it is Ashley. A few years ago when she started at the new gym, she was playing at being shy. The coach would talk to her and she wouldn't answer. He tried Ashley, Nicole and Nikki. Finally he said well what about Fred? She gave him an ugly look, the first reaction he had gotten out of her, so ever since than she has been known as Fred. Chad

cs
Yes, I will put some in. Just haven't found the ones I want yet. We are thinking about putting bronze port holes in, if I can find some reasonable. If not it may be deck plates, but it will eventually get them. capt jake
I thought everybody knew what a winder was. Bronze will raise your CG significantly. They sure look great though. I have my eye on 5 of them here for a really great price. Of course they would be for the next project, if that ever come to be.
