Aphers
I'm hoping some of the more experienced people on here could cast an eye on this brand of epoxy: https://www.mbfg.co.uk/epolam-2017.html It works out much cheaper than West, which is the only brand I've used before. Hirilonde
West is expensive. But then the Gougeon's brought epoxy to the public and wrote the book. They did the research on additives and when to use each for the best performance. But their product isn't any better than most. The stuff you link is Lloyds approved and they publish the characteristics of it. I have no first hand experience, heck, I haven't even heard any rumors about it, but both of those say something. You can get that stuff shipped to the US significantly cheaper than West? The VAT is included in price, so the bottom line is all I would look at. It seems that some variety of 'Epolam 2017' has been produced under various brand names for at least a decade. It's worth a shot. I'm not sure what all the VAT chat is about... I am based in the UK so I pay my taxes here. I can't imagine it's worth the hassle and possible import taxes to ship epoxy internationally?
