Designer
Yesterday, I was pleased to be able to participate in the pre-official-launching of "Ketchup", Coresound 20 #7. (Official launching party, with guests and prerequisite libations for King Neptune will a be in a few weeks...such important plans take time. In the meanwhile, owners/builders Same Rogers and partner Earl Wood wanted to be sure all systems were go and that their handiwork would actually float. It did, of course. The maiden sail was from the grins on Sams and Earls faces per or better than expectations. Sam wanted to share the launching with you all - but was not sure quite how to post pictures etc... and asked me to do it. Sam was a Sea Pearl sailor, but got tired of looking at the sterns of the Core sound 17's and 20's. Beside the speed, he wanted a less tender boat with better room. If anyone knows of someone looking for a used Sea Pearl - Sams the man. [attachment over 4 years old deleted by admin]
