  1. The front is 32.4 and the rear is 29.6 lbs. I filled the front and rear flotation tanks with polystyrene foam, which added some weight. However, I'm happy to know it will still float if it dings a rock.
  2. I've found construction posts really valuable. Figured I'd pay it forward with some pics of my Two Paw 7 build that I completed this winter. Layout (really tough on the knees) Stitch "Tack weld" Gluing and Transom Support Bulkhead Detail Rear Rail Glue Up Rail Glue Up Glassing (decided just to do the whole bottom) Bow Detail (I don't own a band saw, so I laminated the front rail out of strips I could bend easily) Fun (forgot to take pics of deadrise and keel install and filleting) Elbows (didn't follow the design, opted for elbows flush with the rails) Interior outfitting, filleting, seam glassing, and sanding (perhaps overkill, i was worried about the 4m ply) (extra transom support for motor) (seat frame) (cleat with a hidden magnet embedded) (seat underside with magnet) Paint Motor Trial Row Outing Bundled on a Kayak Cart
