  1. The value of something is determined solely by the price someone else is willing to pay for it. The good news is: you don't need 1,000 people willing to pay that price. You only need one.
  2. No breath holding . But if "life happens", you know it will have a good home. In the mean time I'll be thinking about that CS15 kit that I see on the drawing board. My first project is to finish my garage/shop. It's only studs and open soffits now. NJ winters make it a very unfriendly place in December. The plan is to have the garage done by mid-summer and the boat project locked and loaded for the fall/winter/spring. Alan
  3. Can I put my name in the hat for 2nd dibs if things change? I currently have an 18' Lockley-Newport Whitecap daysailer, but since my sons grew up and moved out, it's a little too much boat for me to sail and handle by myself. I need something lighter and better for single handing. I've been eyeballing the CS17 for a few years. I bought a small ranch over a year ago that has a 28'x21' garage and I'm just now n the process of finishing off the inside for heat and A/C. It will be ready by mid-summer for a nice project. I've been lurking here for years. Glad to come aboard. Alan in NJ
