lisian
I made my stonefly half way through last year, coming up to Christmas I designed and made my kids a canoe. We had a paddle day today so I decided to outrig (I do not know the correct terminology) the kids canoe so I could take them out properly, as they are still too little just to set off without being in close proximity. Here are some pics from today and the build/s. Lisa.

Kudzu
Lisa, your going to be (semi) famous! I was catching up sharing launching photo on the Kudzu Craft Facebook page last night and I shared your outrigger pages. It has spread like wildlfire! In less than 18 hours is has been viewed 10,000+ times and shared 24 times. I saw Wooden Boat picked it up.

I'm only 17 hours drive from the 'Gong so with any luck I should get in first I don't know why I continue to be surprised by your posts Lisa - you have a rare combination of creativity and skill that was obvious very early on. And well done for getting the kids out there - they look like they really belong in the mini Stonefly.
lisian
Hi Jeff, wow crazy right!! I see that my pic has 618 likes on Woodenboat. Who would have thought! I think your FB page has picked up some extra followers aswell I do love making boats!!!! People keep telling me I should make them and sell them but I don't think it is quite that easy. But I fear I have the bug and it's not something I can stop and I can't store them all!
Kudzu
Selling that at a profit is the hard part!!

Kaiyaque
I can't begin to tell you how cool that is! Beautiful work on the boats, and the outrigger idea is brilliant. When my kids were little, we used to tootle around in a big double kayak with a center hatch. Good for distances on the ocean, but your setup looks more fun. When they got older, I built them stitch-and-glue kayaks, but that was before I knew aboout Kudzu.
