Ken_Potts
Congratulations Graham and all the B and B crew! (Anthea says congrats, too) One more beautiful boat is afloat today http://www.cruisersforum.com/forums/f55/construction-thread-for-custom-45-cruising-powercat-110932-20.html Alan, are you still going to store Southbound between the hulls now that they're afloat? Steve W
It's been fun to watch this boat come to life. Truly amazing design and workmanship. That thing looks like the ultimate retirement power boat.

Paul356
As someone who was privileged to take a peek 18 months ago, congratulations. Terrific to see this sleek ply-and-poxy craft afloat.
Ken_Potts
Lennie, there's a big "join now it's free" button when you go to that page but you don't have to click it. Try just scrolling down. That got me the first time I went to that forum, too.
Docpal
The trailer they used to launch her was pretty special too. The wind was honking pretty good all through the process as they launched and hand lined her to the dock too !

Joe Anderson
I suspect everyone is pretty busy but it would be fun to hear a little more about the power cat. The Cruiser forum and facebook link have several photos. The short video clip of the bow wave is interesting. The bulbous bow ( not sure if that is the correct term) has a narrower shape than other bulbous bows I have seen, is this an innovation or just something I haven't seen. Does the fine entry help the bow perform at lower speeds? Hence the interest in the bow wave at the speed of 8.4 knots. I think it is incredible that the same designer and shop and can produce the CS17mk3 and this marvel of a power cat. Well done.

Chick Ludwig
Nice article. After a good nap, and a bit of boating, we're looking forward to more great SMALL boat designs and kits. .....including my CS-15 MK-3. Can't wait! David Hughes
Wow what a boat! Nice job on the design and build and not to leave out the owner who had the vision and courage to take on such a project. Bravo. So when can we expect to see the design for a foldable trimaran the likes of a farrier f24. A design series from 17 to 24 feet would be nice.
