I will just make them as ordered so it will take a couple of days for them to ship. As I see which ones sell I will probably make a couple of sets and put those on the shelf. If you need a size I don't list, like for a none Kudzu Craft boat I will make a custom sized set. I am working on a web page where you will be able to plug in the numbers and get a quote online. Kudzu Posted February 27, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 27, 2014 I ran into a problem with the fabric, turns out some of it wasn't air tight. Some bags worked perfect and others would leak for no apparent reasons. That is till I found out the fabric was leaking slightly. I just got a sample of another fabric in today that is air tight. Kudzu Posted March 13, 2014 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2014 What a battle this has been! Everything thing I have tested and decided to use has failed me. But I think I have the last gremlin out of the shop! The latest battle has been the filler tube fittings. The have been the one thing that has not failed me .... but then I had two fail once I started building bags. After a lot of research I finally discovered the problem and decided too try some samples I ordered but didn't like the way they looked. Turns out there are so much better, just sort of ugly looking. It occurred to me last night as many downloads as there has been I have to get that listed. Probably an existing bag that will work but I just need to check and get it added to the list. I would do it Monday, but I am trying to get boats ready for the upcoming Expo. But I will put that on the Chalk Board right now. As many plans as have been downloaded there should be few around. PS. While a pulley is not a bad idea. Your can put them in without one without to much effort. I just an left over string, fold a couple of inches of the end over a deflated bag, fold the bag over the stick length wise and slide it in. Might have to do it twice but it works.
