I ordered copies and to all that have pre-ordered I will start shipping just as soon as they get here. They say it will deliver on the 30th. But my experience with them is the under promise and over deliver, so I expect them sooner than that. I think I will take tomorrow off and head to the lake. I was looking at my sales ranking on Amazon and I was like 193,005 on their best seller list at that time. Of course that is out of over 8 million books they sell, so that is not bad.
