Frank I just noticed when I'm logged in, the warning points below my title. Mine is 0, I suppose that's good, but what is it for? Is this new or am I just not very observant?

Its been around a while; we don't use them here. For very busy forums, they use them to keep people in line. It works when you have multiple moderators.
