Where the heels of my feet rest it is starting to leave indents in the hull of the fabric...I loaded the boat up after a few hrs. paddling and noticed the looseness ....is it possible to shrink the fabric again?

Yes but just be careful and keep the heat low so you don't damage the paint. A heat gun on low held way back will work. To hot and the finish will bubble.

Thanks Jeff...I wonder if left outside with the hull facing the sun all day would tighten the skin....
