Hey Frank, in all the changes I got locked out of my forum. Could you fix that for me please?

I don't see that in the user permissions, but let me poke around a bit more ....

Maybe I said that wrong, what I meant to say was I can't start a new topic in the Annoucements forum. It was supposed to be set so I only I could start a topic but people cold reply to it. Sorry about the poor choice of words.

OK, I found the problem (I think). I now have you as Moderator of both forums, so you should have posting and other God-like powers in them!

Nope, still says I can not start a new topic. I can moderate the existing stuff though. If it is simpler to fix it you can set it so anyone can start a topic and I can just move anything to the other forum.

OK, it should work now. I was missing the SECOND page where all 42 permissions were set to "No" instead of "Yes". Let me know if it works!

Well, I can't figure it out. I went ahead and set the forum so "members" can start topics for now. I may have to make a unique user grounp "Kudzu Moderators" to give you the rights I thought were in place. But until that time, you should be able to move errant posts into the regular Kudzu Craft Forum.
