For those of you wanting more control over where your pictures end up in you posts, we have added the ability to specify in the text where you want the image to appear.  First, if you want to upload large pictures, we have the "off-site" storage that automatically adds in a link to the picture (click the black bullet and link "Add image to post" right under the text box:

[attachment=1]

That saves us money because we don't have to store the picture.  But if you need to position the pictures inside the text, such as for a tutorial on how to do something, you can upload the pics to our server and then position them anywhere in the text.  Here's how:  first, click on the "Additional Options" plus sign if the Options are not already showing, and click the "Browse" button to find the image on disk.  Click through to add it, and when you come back to the screen shown below, click on "Insert Attachment 1".  The forum software will provide a text link for the attachment, but it won't actually show the picture, just the link that says [ attachment=1 ] as shown in the picture:

[attachment=2]

If you want to add more pictures, click the "(more attachments)" link next to the "Insert Attachment 1" link.

You still won't see a "preview" of your pictures if you click the "Preview" button before posting, but you will see the [ Attachment ] tag as shown in the photo below.  You can surround that tag with the [ center ] tag, add small text under it like a caption, etc.  When you "Post" the topic, the pictures will be uploaded, stored on our server, and then inserted into the post whenever someone sees it.

Its slightly better than the old method, where you didn't have control over where your pictures appeared in the posts, or you would be surprised to find the oldest picture presented first.
