It is 1 " deeper at the stern than the plans, 3 " longer at the stern (intended to use tiller) and about a 6 " longer stem. All can be easily cut back to match plan specs. The 3 keel laminations are presently clamped together and pre-drilled with counter sunk screw holes. Have square drive stainless screws for keel and boat construction. Plans can be included with the original VCR tape set. Will trade for running 4 or 5 HP outboard. Asking $250 for the whole lot. A good deal if someone is considering a Vacationer.
