Designer Posted August 17, 2006 Report Share Posted August 17, 2006 The Seapearl 21 has a provisional Portsmouth number of 96.6. The CS17 without roach in the sails should be rated a little slower at around 97 - 98 in light air and around 96 in heavier air.
