Jacob Posted August 14, 2005 Report Share Posted August 14, 2005 All right here's my question, I just acquired a Taser 14' sailboat and I was wondering if any of you have any experience with it, my second question is that I found a strip of some delamination/blistering about 2 1/2' to3'long and about 1"to1 1/2" along the forward port deck, so I desided to fix it by drilling shalo holes were the kevlar is delaminating,drying it out, and injecting epoxy with a large syringe, and what I want to know is whether or not West System epoxy is conpatible with whatever resin is used in the hull constution. thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Frank Hagan Posted August 15, 2005 Report Share Posted August 15, 2005 The way I hear it, epoxy is almost always compatible with other resins, so it can be used as a repair material in all boat-related resins.
