Gaylen Beardsley
Hi Guys, Since the Honey and I have come to the same conclusion that the weekender is too smal for us, guess what. I ahve a set of unused weekender plans for sale. I would like to get my money out of them, but you know that I will have to sell them at a discount in order to move them. What is a good price for this item. video watched once, plans in new shape :?
Frank Hagan
If you sell it to someone locally, they can save the shipping costs. I've always thought a 10% savings was enough to induce someone to buy something "unused but not new", but I've been disappointed when trying to sell things. Saving 10% isn't worth it for some people. So maybe 20% off the price you paid? Post in the Classifieds section also; there might be people watching there that do not come to the Main Forum. aeaton
I sold my Weekender plans just recently. Got about 75% of what they sell for at present, plus shipping. Had them up for sale about 8-9 months. I also used the "Classified" section of this forum. Mike Stevenson will change "ownership" if the new owner of your plans will let him know or you could tell him.
MikeStevenson
Yep, we can change the builder-skipper number's name and address. No particular reason to, I guess, but it seems like it makes sense to keep the list up-to-date. Mike
Gaylen Beardsley
Thanks Mike. I am not in a hurry, and I am trying to get some local interest, so who knows.
