  1. 1st number is the length, 2nd is the diameter and the third is the wall thickness that is the same in all 3. Even though I am not a specialist in feet/inches, I recon for the first tube a 6 feet tall, with 2 and a half inches of diameter with a wall thickness 0.65 of an inch.
  2. Spindrift 11n onboard... Thank God she fits nicely.
  3. Yes she floats... Thank you guys for the plans and all the info you shared. Thank you Alan for all the help. Even though she is not 100% finished, I had to go for vacations so I will do the rest afterwards. Cheers.
  4. Thank you very much. I would like to see some photos if you have any to share. Cheers.
  5. Sanding... happy sanding... before the last coat of epoxy. There are some elements that they should be glued now like the mast base.
  6. It's been some time since my last post. I'll try to update the construction process the next couple of days. Here is the mast base synthesis...
  7. Thank you Alan, you have been very helpful. I was very cautious building the boat and even though little mistakes happened here and there, the plans are good to lead in a really good outcome.
  8. Unfortunately there are differences between the plan you uploaded and the metric one I have. As you can see there is a reference to the foredeck frame built from plywood but only in the kit version (KIT ONLY) it says. On the other hand, on the top right corner my plans describe that the foredeck cleats made from 1x2 stock. As it seems to me till now that the metric plans that I have in my hands, have some little differences to the original plans because of the transcription probably, do you mind if you send me again the plans in Imperial measurements (and I'll do the conversions) just to be sure that I am going the right way? Thank you for your help.
  9. Ok, Iam not sure it is specified somewhere in the plans that I have or in the instructions but I think it is going to be ok the way you say. Thank for the good word and the help.
  10. Building progress... Aft seats, outer glassing, fwd bulkhead etc.
  11. Rear seat 1 temporary glued in position. I think it looks ok. Anyone with a different view?
  12. Thank you of course I'll do it. Though the rudder in the picture seems a little bit different. If you have more pictures of your boat I would like to see them especially the daggerboard setup and the pvc pipe.
  13. I would like to confirm with anyone that knows this subject, there is a difference between the dimensions of the hole at the foredeck main cleat and the mast width. Is there any additional info on this matter or some sort of additional equipment? Is the mast going to move around this hole or am I missing something?
  14. Progress. Outer bottom glass seams (already sanded prepared for glassing).
  15. Whta do you think of that? Are they going to work on the middle bulkheads?
