for what its worth i bought a royobi cordless saw and returned it because it only made cuts for about 10 minutes before it needed recharging....I got the one with a cord and am very happy plus it has much more power....

Hello my name is john from southern california and i am interested in building a spindrift 12. A couple years ago i was interested in building another boat and i happened to get a chance to ride in that boat in lake havasui....When i saw that boat and rode in it it did not match my expectations in the least. I decided then and there i would not consider building a boat until i got a chance to ride in one. I am first time boat builder and will have to build the boat in my driveway with a tarp cover....Anyways i also usually travel to oregon and washington in the summer to visit my cousin so if you have a spindrift there i would appreciate a chance sail with you...I have a northeaster dory so if you would be interested in sailing in one please feel free to let me know.....the spindrift does not have to be a spindrift 12 model...any model will suffice...thank you
