Sounds like there's not much hope for getting a sail or refund from Paul. Filing a complaint with the BBB is an option for those who lost money, although again I'm not sure if there's a remedy.
I guess it's somewhat reassuring to hear others are in the same "boat." I ordered and paid for a sprit sail from Paul in early February. Last heard from him in March when he said it would be about two weeks. Haven't reached him via email or phone since.
